Robert Half is partnering with a local law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Attorney who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. This position is contract, with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Location : Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour DOE

Duration : 3+ month contract, with a potential for contract-to-hire

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Engage in extensive litigation in both state and federal courts
• Participate in government investigations conducted by the EEOC
• Review and update employment handbooks in response to changes in law
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Able to conduct witness interviews and participate in discovery and motions
• Utilize software such as Clio and LexisNexis for case management and legal research
• Draft legal documents and prepare for trials

Requirements:

• Must be barred in Washington state
• 3+ YOE in litigation as an attorney
• Software: Clio and LexisNexis (a huge plus but not required)

The salary range for this position is $50-70/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
