You serve as a key contributor to a high-performance Procurement Team, which contributes significantly to the operational success of A-C Electric Company.

  • Execute Purchase Orders: Manage the day-to-day execution of purchase orders. This involves not only processing purchase orders promptly and ensuring that materials are delivered on schedule, but also meticulously documenting and memorializing the terms negotiated with vendors. This includes commitments related to unit price, quantities, delivery times, and quality specifications. Accuracy with these committed costs aid in precise monthly financial projections and is crucial for maintaining budget integrity.

Additional Job Duties:

  • Support Procurement Expeditor and Procurement Coordinator : Occasionally provide material expediting support to ensure timely arrivals of necessary materials. Resolve POD and invoicing discrepancies in weekly meetings with Procurement Expeditor and Procurement Coordinator.
