Job Title: Sales Compensation Analyst -W2 only

Location: Hybrid 3 days a week in Austin, TX

Duration: 5+ months

PR: $55/hr - $61/hr on W2

Description:

Seeking an experienced Contractor to support a Manager in "Customer Success group" in providing data analytics, reporting, responding to requests for data to support the business. Responsibilities will increase as the Contractor demonstrates success in understanding processes, methodologies and systems and shows initiative in tackling more complex projects.

Required Skills/Experience :

• 4-6 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong visualization skills (Tableau is a plus).
• Providing recommendations via a detailed analysis is must.
• Create narrative/stories on slides/deck for exec audience.
• AI/ML is not mandatory but is a plus point.
