Your Role:

As an Estimator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving company success. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, helping to maintain the company’s stellar reputation while securing future business. By building and strengthening relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the company and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop bid proposals for both new and existing customers.
• Leverage your expertise in costing and estimating to create accurate and competitive bids.
• Stay on top of material and labor costs, consistently reviewing job costings for precision.
• Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and manage lead times.
• Oversee projects through the manufacturing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completion to meet customer needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline quoting and production workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in metals fabricating and machining (welding experience is highly desired).
• A background in costing and estimating within a manufacturing environment (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T, including blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with AS9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015 standards (preferred but not required).
• Experience with SolidWorks and ERP systems is a bonus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for solving challenges.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
