About the Role

We are seeking a personal injury attorney to join our Team. The candidate will work on a diverse range of Transportation cases, including Automobile and Trucking, Catastrophic Injuries and Insurance Fraud/SIU cases. The candidate will work closely with senior associates and partners daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Must be comfortable managing discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• The candidate must have strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• The ideal candidate should have 3 + years of personal injury experience.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written with a capacity to be a proactive team player.

Company Offers

• Salary starting at $135,000 - $180,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
