Job Overview: The Senior Research Associate will conduct tissue processing, sample analysis (RT-PCR, qPCR, protein quantification), maintain detailed records, and support study reporting for in vivo pharmacology studies.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct tissue analyses via RT-PCR and qPCR protocols.
- Perform protein quantification using techniques like JESS western blot and MSD.
- Ensure accurate and prompt record-keeping, meet tight deadlines, and assist with report generation.
Primary Job Requirements:
- B.S. in Biology or related field plus 3+ years in biotech/pharma or CROs.
- Skilled in molecular assays (RT-PCR, qPCR, ELISA, Western Blot).
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; neuroscience experience preferred.
