Job Overview : Seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee clinical trials, including design, operational feasibility, safety monitoring, and study close-out activities, while collaborating with various experts and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Author clinical documents and provide clear trial results summaries for publications and regulatory purposes.
- Oversee drug safety and ensure ethical conduct in clinical trials.
- Facilitate site initiation visits and nurture stakeholder relationships for strategic alignment.
- Incorporate new scientific insights into development plans and streamline data review and monitoring processes.
Primary Job Requirements:
- MD, MD/PhD, or an advanced degree with over 5 years of experience in clinical development, specifically in early-stage oncology trials globally.
- Expertise in designing clinical trials, including protocols and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with clinical trial site management and collaborator relations.
- Exceptional communication, flexible hours, willingness to travel, and a background in pharmacovigilance preferred.
