Job Description

Our client is seeking Medical Malpractice Attorneys for its Boston, Massachusetts office. BoldX Talent is hiring on behalf of the client.


We are seeking 3 new associates possessing 3-5 years of experience (5 years max).

  • Hybrid work arrangement: On-Site Mondays & Wednesdays.
  • Interviews: Virtual.
  • 2+ years of prior litigation experience in MA Federal and State Courts.
  • Salary range: $110K - $135K+ (salary commensurate with experience).
  • Target billable hour requirement: 1900.

  • Hospital and Medical Malpractice
  • Nursing Home / Long-term Care Facilities
  • Products Liability
  • Professional Liability
  • Tort and Liability Defense


Qualifications:

  • Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar with at least 2 years of trial
  • experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts.
  • Applicants should be self-starters with solid research and writing skills,
  • and a strong academic record.
  • 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience (maximum).


Salary: $110K - $135K (salary commensurate with experience).
