Medical Malpractice Attorney
Great opportunity for a junior attorney to join a busy successful defense law firm. Candidates must be admitted to the NJ Bar. Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience. In this position you will collaborate with senior attorneys to handle cases from inception through trial including case analysis, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation and court appearances. Analyze medical records, identify key legal issues and work closely with expert witnesses to develop case strategy. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and other case documents. It is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The firm offers a hybrid schedule (4/1), mentorship, friendly work environment, as well as excellent benefits. Compensation $90K-$110K.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Strong knowledge of civil procedure.
Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills.
