The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Commercial law and can provide legal representation and advice to our clients.

This is a full-time Hybrid role with a market-competitive base salary!

$120k - $300k/year

Qualifications:

• Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Bar licensed in California.

• Experience practicing Commercial law.

• Knowledge of Commercial law and the legal process.

• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
