My client, an AmLaw 50 Firm , is actively seeking Mid-Level M&A Associates and M&A Counsels to join its Dallas Corporate Practice Group .

• Compensation : Cravath Base + Milibank Bonuses

• Experience Required : 3+ yrs' exp. representing private equity sponsors or private or public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with internal and external specialists, and leading signing and closing processes. Should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising more junior attorneys.

• Bar Admission Required: Texas.
