Corporate Tax Attorney-Contract Position

Established midsized Manhattan law firm with a sophisticated transactional practice is seeking a senior level corporate tax attorney for a multi-month full or part-time contract engagement. The right individual has 6+ years of corporate tax experience. Preference for someone with both corporate tax, and employee benefits/executive comp experience, but firm will look at individuals with either experience. This project pays well and should last several months and can be performed 100% remote.
