Real Estate Finance/Lending Associate Attorney/Counsel

Prominent Manhattan law firm with a real estate-oriented practice is seeking a Junior/Midlevel (3-7 years) and a Senior level (8-12 years) associate or Counsel for a growing, sophisticated commercial real estate lending position. This is an ideal position for Biglaw or mid-sized firm attorneys to work on similarly sophisticated commercial real estate lending matters in a smaller group, less hours and a better lifestyle. Duties include representing financial institutions in financing commercial, residential and mixed-use properties, draft commercial loan documents (mezzanine, construction, and bridge loans), draft commitment letters, review title reports, etc. Salary in the $175K-$225K for the Junior/Midlevel, and $275K-$350K for the senior position.
