Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports To: VP of Supply Chain
Posting to remain up until at least February 7, 2025
Salary Range: $65k - $75K / DOQ
Purpose of Position: To improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through effective support for day-to-day functions of business operations teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Assist with the implementation of business strategies
- Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide instructional training to enable process adoption
- Manage logistical aspects of operations, including inventory management, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating resource allocation
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on operational matters and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Monitor operational metrics, identify trends, and report insights to inform decision-making
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and company policies within operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain detailed records
- Effective verbal and written communication to interact with various stakeholders
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and operational needs
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Part-time employees are eligible for up to six (6) days of paid sick leave (subject to state and local laws), two (2) weeks of paid parental leave, and participation in the 401k. Employees that move from part-time to full-time status may receive less than ten (10) PTO days based on their anniversary date. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
