Title: Amazon Portal Project Manager

Pay rate: $55-70 an hour max

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Portal Project Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our company's Amazon Portal. This role involves creating and maintaining a streamlined process for employees to purchase necessary equipment, ensuring ease of access and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Portal: Oversee the company's Amazon Business Portal, ensuring it is user-friendly and efficient for internal employees.
- Create Purchase Lists: Develop and maintain lists of approved items (e.g., mice, keyboards, monitors) that employees can purchase.
- Implement Landing Page: Design and implement a landing page that showcases preferred equipment for easy ordering.
- Set Permissions: Establish permissions based on employee type and team, determining what equipment can be purchased and how often, with or without manager approval.
- Approval Process: Develop and manage a process flow for items requiring manager approval, ensuring a smooth and efficient approval process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms or portals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in web design and user experience (UX) principles is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Amazon Business or similar platforms.
- Experience in setting up and managing approval workflows.
- Knowledge of company procurement policies and procedures.
