The Senior Director of Direct Mail will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our direct mail campaigns. This Senior Director of Direct Mail requires a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in direct mail operations, targeting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement by delivering high-performing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Senior Director of Direct Mail Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive strategy for direct mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and organizational goals
• Manage all aspects of campaign execution, including creative development, production, distribution, and performance analysis
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence in campaign execution
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, sales, analytics) to integrate direct mail initiatives with multi-channel marketing efforts
• Leverage data insights to refine targeting strategies, optimize campaign performance, and drive ROI
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality production and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all marketing efforts

Senior Director of Direct Mail Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in direct mail marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering successful direct mail campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of segmentation, data analytics, and campaign optimization techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
• Proficiency in marketing technologies and CRM systems
• Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
