Requirments:

• Licensed Patent Attorney.
• 8-10 years relevant experience, and at least two years of patent prosecution experience in specification drafting and responding office actions in semiconductor and computer science field.
• Has experience in discussing and developing invention disclosure directly with inventors.
• BS in electrical engineering. MS preferred.

What you'll do:

• Review the initial disclosure and interview with inventors to further develop the disclosure.
• Draft the specification of the patent application.
• Prosecute the patent application, including responding to EPO office actions and conduct examiner interviews.
• Communicate with client about the prosecution strategies as necessary .
