SNI Companies has partnered with a large oil and gas company in the north Midland area that is seeking a qualified Field Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating all fleet and equipment including: maintenance, compliance, inventory, distribution, exchanges, accident repairs, logistics and coordination.

Essential Job Requirements

• Assess and maintain fleet truck inventory.
• Maintain fleet upkeep and coordinate maintenance.
• Embody a culture driven by safety and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage maintenance contracts.
• Assess and maintain service log and maintenance cost.
• Serve as the primary contact for fuel cards, managing distribution, inventory, card access and statuses.
• Manages uniform inventory and serves as primary contact for distribution of PPE.
• Partner with EHSEQ, HR and Administration teams on onboarding and distribution of appropriate uniforms and equipment.
• Manages other company inventory as assigned, including tools and monitors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing fleet maintenance programs.
• Previous experience in equipment and inventory management.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25-40 pound in awkward positions when called upon.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds from floor to waist.
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle and qualify for company insurance.
