As the Director of Land Development Practice , you will:

• Establish and grow our civil engineering land development group from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with the COO, reporting directly to them, to align group strategies with company goals.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing new projects.
• Lead a talented team to deliver innovative, high-quality land development projects.
• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies, ensuring the group’s success and sustainability.
• Be a key part of succession planning, with the potential for upward mobility within the company.

• A senior-level professional with a strong background in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or land development.
• A proven track record as a seller-doer, combining technical expertise with business development acumen.
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a team.
• Someone who can build client relationships and bring in work, although bringing an existing portfolio is not required.
• Passion for innovative design and a diverse portfolio of project types.
