Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in a variety of employment-related litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide counsel and advice to clients on employment law matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment defense litigation.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to commute to Irvine, CA for in-office work as required.
