Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and drive Lean initiatives across our supply chain organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in continuous improvement to help transform our supply chain and manufacturing operations into a world-class system.
You will lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop innovative processes, and mentor teams to sustain a culture of operational excellence. This role is vital to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost while fostering collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Lean initiatives to meet or exceed KPI goals in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
- Drive transformational changes in manufacturing using cutting-edge automation technologies.
- Facilitate continuous improvement efforts by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams across the organization.
- Manage multiple projects and teams within the Supply Chain organization.
- Develop training materials and mentor new employees to strengthen the organization’s capabilities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Lean methodologies for all Supply Chain operations.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior and executive-level management, both in-person and virtually.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience :
- Minimum of 7 years in continuous improvement.
- At least 7 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications :
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Skills :
- Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written).
- Advanced data analysis and process improvement skills.
- Quality assurance expertise.
- Ability to effectively present to executive leadership.
- Preferred Knowledge :
- Comprehensive understanding of all supply chain functions.
- Authorization :
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely (sponsorship is not available).
