•Bachelor’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related disciplines with 5+ years of lab research experience OR master’s degree with 3+ years of lab research experience

Position Overview :
We have an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative team of immunologists, molecular and cellular biologists, and pharmacologists. We are seeking a talented and independently motivated scientist with experience in primary human cell culture, RNA and protein biomarker assays, and imaging analysis of cell culture models. This position will be primarily laboratory-focused and will support human cell culture models and assays to assess novel therapeutic modalities and drug mechanism of action.
Applicants should have broad laboratory research experience using cell and molecular biology techniques. Open and detailed communication are essential. The candidate is expected to operate in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting and must be able to execute multiple research projects in parallel.
Key Responsibilities :
• Establish primary human cell culture models and conduct molecular, biochemical, and imaging analysis using various techniques and assays
• Develop, implement, and document experimental protocols/techniques/results
• Engage in cross-functional, novel therapeutic platform-based drug discovery projects in immunology
• Collaborate with scientists across diverse areas in a matrixed research environment
• Manage multiple tasks and project activities simultaneously
• Communicate and present project designs and results clearly, both to individual stakeholders and in group settings
Qualifications :
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related disciplines with 5+ years of lab research experience, or preferentially master’s degree with 3+ years of lab research experience
• Experience with primary human cell culture models required
• Experience with RNA and protein biomarker assays required
• Experience with imaging analysis of cell culture models required
• Ability to learn new skills and apply them in a fast-paced research environment is a must
• Highly developed problem-solving and communication skills required
