They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team full-time. In this role, you’ll manage a generalist book of business, with accounts ranging from small business to middle market accounts and you’ll collaborate with an extensive carrier network to deliver tailored
solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- New Business: Collect client information, complete ACORD forms, market, quote, and process policies.
- Renewals: Handle marketing, processing, renewal letters, and summaries of insurance.
- Endorsements: Process changes to policies accurately and promptly.
- Account Rounding & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage.
- Coverage Recommendations: Provide expert advice to meet client needs.
- Billing: Assist clients with payment inquiries and transactions.
- Claims: Facilitate and support clients through the claims process.
- Certificates of Insurance: Prepare and deliver accurate certificates.
Administrative Expectations:
- Maintain client files with accuracy and consistency.
- Document interactions and transactions thoroughly.
- Adhere to agency procedures, standards, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Lines experience managing small to medium-sized accounts is ideal.
- Familiarity with AMS360 is a plus.
- Current Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
- Strong computer proficiency, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000 to $80,000, depending on background and experience.
