Title: Senior Corporate Counsel, Technology

Location: Onsite in Westford, MA

Salary: $190K-$205K, plus annual bonus and RSU's

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance to engineering and software teams.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws, including data privacy and AI regulations.
• Oversee third-party software review policies and open-source compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex transactions, licensing agreements, and regulatory matters.
• Support corporate compliance efforts, including export laws and trade regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate and admission to a state bar.
• 7-10 years of legal experience, with a focus on technology and software engineering.
• Intellectual property licensing experience.
• In-house legal experience in a technology company.
• Knowledge of global data privacy laws and AI-related legal considerations.
