Our 10-week internship (May 27th – August 1st) is designed for students looking to make full use of their talents through a hands-on work experience. During your internship, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact on our organization. This paid internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to unleash their creativity, work in an amazing hybrid-friendly office in South End Charlotte, and learn from the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand. You’ll also get the chance to contribute to a sweet group project where you’ll create your very own limited time offer collection!

As the Global Center of Excellence Intern at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Company, you will play a pivotal role in learning how operations services and operations learning impact the brand. You will add value on real-world projects working closely with the Global Center of Excellence team. On all projects you will help drive simplification for the end-user operators so they can deliver the best guest & operation experience. Your work will have a global reach, impacting the success and growth of Krispy Kreme's operations across the world.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Global Operations Content Creation and Delivery: Work on U.S. & global operations content creation and delivery teams to ensure learning operations drive operational excellence across all markets and supported languages.
• Operational Development and Efficiency: Work on key programs that drive operational efficiency and execution across retail, manufacturing, and commercial areas through approaches such as LEAN methodology.
• Operational Analytics: Work on gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to help drive business decisions. Create and maintain reports, offering insights to improve operational efficiency and support company goals.
