Role Description

This is a entry-level, full-time on-site role for a Junior Estimator at AmeriMex Drywall, LLC located in Smithfield, NC. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating projects, analyzing blueprints, conducting take-offs, preparing bids, and assisting in project planning and coordination, collaborating with contractors and vendors and helping to ensure accurate bidding processes.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints
• Attention to detail and accuracy in project estimation
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to travel
• Experience in estimating, take-offs, and bid preparation is a plus
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
