Job Summary:

Seeking an IT Laboratory System Support specialist to provide onsite support at Andover and Bedford locations. This role involves managing lab instruments, software applications, and LIMS, coordinating with IT Help Desk and vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as System Administrator for lab systems (ELN, LIMS, SDMS).
• Support and troubleshoot lab instrumentation and software.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and coordinate system maintenance.
• Assist with system installations, upgrades, and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Equipment Qualification, IT).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GCLP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in lab IT support or medical technology.
• Experience with LIMS, lab instrumentation (PCR, UPLCs), and LIS interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
