Supply Chain Analyst – Drive Operational Excellence with a Global Innovator!

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard 1st Shift (OT potential in the first quarter)

Duration: Contract (18 months, with potential for extension)

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $26-$28/hour

What You’ll Do:

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and reduce waste.
  • Develop solutions to operational challenges across a global network.

Data & Operational Management

  • Oversee material allocations and inventory data validation for high- and low-volume components.
  • Create and manage advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel to optimize supply chain decisions.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation to support training and operational references.

Collaboration & Vendor Engagement

  • Work with suppliers to manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure compliance with forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

Top Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Experience: 3+ years in supply chain management or related fields.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with global logistics and automation systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
