Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to support the hiring process, source talent, and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively answer phone calls and determine how calls should be routed
• Good understanding of departments hiring needs and job specifications
• Screen resumes and assist the job candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintaining database of candidate records
• Maintaining the strictest level of confidentiality with organizational information
• Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year of recruiting experience (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn $47,000 - $52,000 (Depending on experience)
• 10 PTO days + 10 paid holidays
• Comprehensive benefits including: health, dental, vision and life insurance.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 8-5 p.m + 2 Saturday's a month
