The contract duration is initially 12 months with likely extension

40 hours, Mon-Fri Mostly Remote (onsite once a month for 2-3 days at a time)

Hourly Rate: $51.10 / W2

Job Description:

• The Advanced Technician Deployment Lead is responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process.
• This role involves deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams, being accountable for the deployment strategy, driving value proposition and value capture, acting as the Global Technology Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for deployed technologies, ensuring global alignment with key stakeholders, and authoring technical documents.
• Top 3, non-negotiable skills are leadership, presentation skills (general presence), and adaptability.
• Prefer location of candidate within Raleigh NC area. Mostly remote however there should be presence onsite intermittently at one of our contract manufacturers in the area.
• Project management expertise with experience in technology and pharmaceuticals. Should have some experience or exposure in business excellence and general manufacturing optimization. Ideally experience within GMP mfg.
