Russell Tobin's client, a global pharmaceutical distribution and services company, is hiring a Contract Coordinator in Montgomery, AL (100% Remote).
Title: Contract Coordinator
Location: Montgomery, AL 36103 (Remote, Central Time Zone)
Duration: 10+ months with the possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $16.39/hr. - $18.39/hr.
Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter membership data into the contract management database and perform detailed analysis.
- Serve as the main point of contact for national sales inquiries and maintain data logs.
- Set up and manage new accounts within the financial system with precision and timeliness.
- Use customer account reports to analyze and resolve membership-related issues.
- Work with distribution centers and customer maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues.
- Perform analysis of late customer set-ups, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
- Provide strong customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement procedures for audit compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems efficiently.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and large volumes of emails.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset to quickly assess and address issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes (training provided).
