Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at GRIT Co. Builders headquartered in Boerne, TX and serving San Antonio and the greater Hill Country. The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience as a general contractor superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Experience managing construction projects
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• OSHA Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
