Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concrete Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. This role involves managing job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high safety standards, and leading crews to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site concrete construction activities.

• Manage foremen and crews of 6-12 members, ensuring efficient work progress.

• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and clients to meet project goals.

• Oversee the scheduling and logistics of materials, equipment, and personnel.

• Enforce strict safety and quality standards on job sites.

• Resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively.

• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage crews and oversee large-scale projects.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
