What immediate impact will this person have?

Filling a gap that is a pain point due to the departure of the person in the role; one of our other RDs is running the market now until we find someone

Top things they need to have:

• BS with 8+ years of overall exp and 4+ in utility work (need technical depth of knowledge) (ideally 15 years of experience overall)
• Specific experience in natural gas utility projects, ideally project management of gas projects: Experience either working for a gas utility or another similar EPC company that supports gas utility clients
• Several years of leadership/mgt experience: Titles like Manager, Director or VP (if smaller co)
• BD experience (hands on participation in bidding/proposal processes: a “hunter”
• Knowledge of and prior experience in ATL and GA markets (this will make candidates not in the area less attractive in general unless they have a lot of prior experience supporting this territory)

Nice to have:

• PMP
• PE
• Good job history/tenure
• EIC exp also (gas is much more important)
