Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience in a chef driven?full-service?environment
• A knowledge of steps of service is a must!
• Commitment to creating a welcoming, memorable and unique guest experience
• Dedication to training our team to meet our timing and hospitality standards
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of COGS
• Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• Flexible and open availability is required
