Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including union experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools
• Experience in Healthcare industry is highly required
