Job Responsibilities

• Strategic and Operational Expertise: Check for experience in aligning operations with company goals, implementing process improvements, and managing budgets. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and cost control practices is important.
• Industry Relevance: Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction-related environment will be valuable, especially in roles requiring operational management and customer relationship building.
• Technical Proficiency: Ensure proficiency in tools like JD Edwards, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as strong communication and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Experience in a manufacturing (lightweight metals) environment is highly required
