Job Title: Civil Project Manager - Land Development

Responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager - Land Development:

The selected individual will oversee and coordinate both internal and external teams to deliver client services, manage schedules, and ensure the availability of technical resources needed for project completion. A strong focus on maintaining high-quality outcomes and achieving client satisfaction is key. Leadership and management skills will play a critical role in excelling in this position.

Requirements of the Civil Project Manager - Land Development:

• A degree in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Arizona or the ability to obtain licensure within three months.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, organizing, supervising, and coordinating technical tasks while meeting client needs.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, including initiating contact, negotiating agreements, ensuring satisfaction, and securing future referrals.
• Experience with Civil3D software is considered advantageous.
