We are hiring for a Manager of Engineering Services , requires a California PE License. We looking to hire someone with Civil engineering projects or Land Development projects in either public or private market sector.

Education and Experience:

Required :

• Professional Degree(s): Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or another related field.
• Years of Professional Experience: Minimum twelve (12) years of experience.
• Professional Knowledge: Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.

Licensing and Certification:

Required:

• California professional engineer’s license in good standing.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• Proficiency in one or more project management software.
• High level of expertise in managing specific sector’s project and client type.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and to work with junior staff to develop and implement creative solutions.
• Ability to mentor and direct junior staff on engineering concepts and designs.
