We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Partner 3 with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including industry-leading AI and creative software, empower millions of users to achieve their creative and business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Your time will primarily be in these three areas of Candidate Generation
  • Candidate Identification and Qualification – 80 percent
  • Business Acumen and Market Research – 10 percent
  • Operational Excellence – 10 percent
  • Work cross-functionally to gain depth of knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective Talent Partners
  • Will concurrently scout on 10 or more critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle
  • Make recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers about competitive landscape supported with your respective research and market data
  • Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups and social networks
  • Ensure a steady stream of talent regardless of if a critical vacancy is approved or not; all-the-time recruiting versus just-in-time
  • Positioning Adobe as an employer of choice compared to our competition
  • Must be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to passive candidates and defining Adobe’s position in the market.


Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
  • Build trust with others by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect
  • Handle rejection well; overcome objections and determine best course of action
  • Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations Inquisitive; you are intellectually curious and wants to know the right answers and ask the right questions
  • Flexible and positive attitude; calm-under pressure
  • 3 or more years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting.
  • Full-cycle experience preferred but not required
  • Strong business acumen and current on market trends
  • Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques
  • Proficient in MS Office and Acrobat.


Compensation:

  • Up to $68.31 per hour.
