Responsibilities:

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing cyber contracts and resources on cyber projects and ensuring high performance for our Federal customers. In addition, the Senior Program Manager will work with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capability development, and business development/marketing activities.

Required Qualifications:

·       10+ years experience in Federal consulting

·       Minimum 8 years of direct experience on cyber security engagements

·       Knowledge of Federal cyber regulations, requirements and trends

·       Experience managing teams including at least one role that includes 10+ staff

·       Experience overseeing multiple engagements simultaneously

·       Demonstrated experience developing relationships with clients

·       Understanding of Federal contracting life cycle

·       Cybersecurity-related certification, CISSP preferred

Desired Qualifications:

•   Secret clearance or higher
•   Industry standard project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince)
•   Any of the following: CISM, CASP, CEH, or DoD 8570 Level III certification
