A leading, high-growth eCommerce brand accelerator is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years in project management and operations to lead high-impact projects, optimize processes, and collaborate across teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills , along with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 ).
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver projects aligned with company goals.
- Team & Culture Development: Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and promote a positive work environment.
- Process Optimization: Streamline operations, improve workflows, and enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across teams and with clients.
- Risk & Progress Management: Identify risks, track progress, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
- Experience with content, graphic design, and cross-functional collaboration is a plus
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
- eCommerce knowledge is preferred but not required
