Well respected nonprofit located in Cambridge, Ma looking for a Director of Finance. This role is a strategic finance role and reports directly to the CFO. Hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days per week on site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting process
• Lead financial planning & analysis function which includes managing a 3 person finance team
• Provide strategic finance and financial recommendations to executive and leadership team
• Provide reporting and analysis for executive team
• Process improvement and create financial efficiencies
• Financial modeling, reporting, revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting for sizeable organization with complexities

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in nonprofit preferred
• Experience managing and developing staff
