Our client is working with us to identify a talented and experienced Senior Financial Analyst. We're looking for a seasoned analyst with a robust understanding of financial planning and data analytics to drive superior business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the FP&A framework, including budgets, forecasts, reviews, and ad hoc analysis.
• Analyze and present business results, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for financial close processes.
• Drive improvements in all areas of responsibility.
• Use data analytics to review business and industry data, including KPIs.
• Utilize financial modeling for key business decisions.
• Manage project, process, and operations documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance. MBA Preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker with strong presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.
• Autonomous worker with a high degree of initiative.
• Manufacturing business experience is preferred.
