Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in Fort Worth, TX area!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all food safety and quality activities
• Follow all federal guidelines and manufacturing processes
• On site recall coordinator
• Key contact with all regulatory personnel
• Check in with plant and corporate management staff on regulatory issues and requests
• Responsible for food safety regarding all products and processes
• Responsible for all documentation
• Coordinate all program inspections
• Oversee multiple people in the plant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years related experience
• HACCP certification
• Basic understanding of QA concepts and programs
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
• Basic knowledge of SPC
• Strong technical business writing skills
• Analytical and interpersonal skills
• Supervisor experience
