This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality assurance inspections across different restaurant locations to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to General Managers and Area Managers.
- Train and support restaurant teams on best practices related to food handling, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
- Investigate customer complaints related to food quality or service and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to local health department regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed reports on inspections, compliance status, and any corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve restaurant performance and consistency across locations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry (quality assurance, operations, or management preferred).
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe certification is a plus).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required for effective communication with restaurant staff and management.
- Ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
