The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and training their team to build a solid technical foundation. The Engineering Manager will be a hands-on true engineer in the organization in addition to a critical member of the leadership team reporting to the GM.

This person will have their hands in the machines and make an actual difference. They can drive ideas and continuous improvement and see how their work impacts the business, putting their footprint on the plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and support engineering team
• Look for continuous improvement and growth within the technical process
• Quote new bids accurately
• Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with various materials/alloys in the CNC process
• 3+ years' of management experience
• SolidWorks or MasterCam a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
