Qualifications:

• Experience in the design or research and development of Medium Voltage (MV) power distribution equipment such as: switchgear, circuit breakers, etc.
• Proficiency in CAD and PLL software
• Be on-site in the Raleigh-area 3-days a week minimum

Job Details

• Design Leadership - Lead the design and development of power distribution equipment, including switchgear, circuit breakers, and outdoor switch devices.
• Technical Expertise - Conduct simulations, analyses, and prototype testing using tools like NX, Teamcenter, MATLAB, and Ansys.
• Project Management - Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives are met.
• Team Development - Mentor and guide engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
