Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute BU-specific external marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Drive lead generation through national and regional campaigns, community initiatives, conferences, email outreach, and webinars.
  • Own the end-to-end execution and performance reporting of marketing campaigns using Activity, Productivity, and Impact (API) metrics.
  • Content Creation and Research:
  • Create engaging and impactful content to support BU marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Partner with BU-specific sales teams to design and implement field marketing initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate day-to-day marketing projects.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, ensuring alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and support organizational Strategic Focus Areas (SFAs) and Critical Success Factors (CSFs).
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are well-planned, executed, and communicated both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign marketing (required).
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
