Our client, a company offering eco-friendly HVAC solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to join their team!
The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems. Compensation: $110K - $120K (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM - Weekends on an as needed basis
Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Manager:

• Manage the Installation team by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members. Oversee performance appraisals, rewards, discipline, and team meetings to maintain high standards, quality, and safety
• Plan, assign, and direct work while ensuring individual, team, and financial goals are met. Oversee permits, inspections, and material/job preparation to ensure successful project execution
• Ensure superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct pre-installation walkthroughs, ride-alongs, and quality checks to guarantee project success and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to streamline processes, integrate industry advancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational growth and long-term success
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided
• Develop and implement training programs for HVAC technicians, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications and Experience of the HVAC Service Manager:

• A strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field
• Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems
• Must have experience managing a service team
• EPA Cert or License required
• Experience using Service Titan is a HUGE plus
• Plumbing or Sheet Metal license a plus
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided
